A Sahara-to-Murouj sports day with a real route and separately sourced weekday and weekend activity costs.

Sahara Kuwait, Subhan → lunch break → Trampo Murouj
Both venues publish addresses off the Sixth Ring Road near the Hunting & Equestrian Club. Confirm the correct entrances before leaving.
09:00–12:00 · Check in and play nine holes
Request a morning tee time at Sahara Kuwait. The three-hour block is a planning allowance for arrival, practice and the round, not a guaranteed pace. Course access depends on the club’s ability assessment; this is not an introductory lesson.

12:00–13:30 · Lunch and transfer
Choose and pay for your own lunch. Keep a flexible break and check the map’s current routing; no travel time or taxi fare is guaranteed. Google Maps identifies the stops as Sahara Kuwait Golf Club and Trampo Extreme near the Hunting & Equestrian Club. Confirm the Murouj entrance with Trampo before leaving.
13:30–15:00 · Optional adult jumping at Murouj
If energy and suitability allow, book the provider’s “Jumping Adult 1 Hour” ticket. The 90-minute planning block includes check-in and a buffer. Published Murouj opening hours are Saturday–Thursday 09:00–23:00 and Friday 10:00–23:00; session inventory still needs checking.
What this day actually costs.
Amounts are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). The table is for one adult doing both activities, using Trampo’s online ticket price.

Arithmetic: 15.000 + 6.080 = 21.080; 25.000 + 6.080 = 31.080. The Trampo walk-in ticket is KWD 6.750. These are not all-inclusive trip prices.
Included and not priced
Sahara’s published green fee includes a shared cart, pre-play practice access, range balls and locker facilities. Club hire, golf consumables, Trampo socks and any checkout extras are not priced in this plan. Confirm them before paying.
Optional spending allowance
Editorial estimate, not a fare or menu quote: set aside KWD 5–10 for one adult’s food and KWD 8–15 for hired transport for the travelling party. For a solo weekday visitor that gives KWD 34.080–46.080 before the unpriced extras above; weekend KWD 44.080–56.080. Actual spending may fall outside this allowance.
Before making it a date.
- Confirm Sahara’s visitor tee time, playing ability, dress and equipment requirements. A novice should request a separately priced lesson instead of assuming course access.
- Check weather and course status; the club may close or restrict play. Do not force a two-activity day if you are tired.
- For Trampo, complete the required waiver and wear the required trampoline socks and suitable clothing. Ask about any participation restrictions directly.
- Pay and reserve only through the provider’s official channel. No reservation, transport or contact with a business has been made on your behalf.
